Process and costs
Arrival and departure
We'll be expecting you from 3 p.m. on your arrival day. After you've settled into your room, we'll begin our retreat with a relaxed get-together and a shared dinner.
A shared breakfast concludes the retreat on the day of departure. Departure must be by 10:00 a.m.
Arriving in the now
Focus your attention on yourself and enjoy peace, love, and joy, and radiate it out into the world. Daily exercises and prompts will help you achieve this and integrate it sustainably into your everyday life.
Mindfulness in everyday life
Learn to shape your everyday life and your encounters mindfully. Gain a new perspective on your world and develop your skills to live mindfully throughout your day. Look mindfully at the other participants and observe your inner reactions to what you experience.
Self-perception
We will seek out and create places that have special energies, but also see places that don't. Learn to move energies for yourself and the collective, to lovingly transform them, and to enjoy being a benefit to yourself and others.
Excursions
In order to put what you have learned into practice and to get to know a little about the culture of the region, there is the possibility to take part in excursions to Estremoz, Monsaraz, Évora or to various stone circles.
After the excursions, we will have dinner at our own expense in a typical Portuguese restaurant.
Individual sessions / ordinations
During the retreat, we offer individual sessions for your well-being and initiations into specific energy systems channeled especially for you. We will also repeatedly work with our shared energy in the group, giving you the opportunity to contribute your abilities to the event.

If all rooms are booked, we can still offer sleeping places in the “budget” category.
Each room is designed as a double room with a private bathroom, but can also be booked as a single room.
In the Luxury category there are 2 single beds that are put together (approx. 1.80 m x 2.00 m sleeping area).
In the Standard I category there are either single beds (approx. 0.90 mx 2.00 m) or double beds (1.40 mx 2.00 m lying area).
The Standard II category features a double bed measuring 140.00 m x 2.00 m. This category is a separate living unit with a bathroom and a small living room, but no kitchen.
*The prices include accommodation, retreat fees, and meals (6 breakfasts, 5 lunches/lunch bags/picnics, 4 dinners, water, coffee, and tea). We will visit typical local restaurants on two evenings. Alternatively, self-catering is available on these days. If you are vegetarian or vegan, please contact us in advance.
Not included in the tour price are travel costs, excursions, entrance fees, café/restaurant visits, and individual sessions.

You have the opportunity to participate in the event all day on Saturday (October 24, 2026).
We start at 9:00 a.m.
The program includes shared energy work, a healing energy transfer, and a cacao ceremony.
The cost for the retreat, on Saturday only, is €240. This includes a lunch snack.
Optionally, you are welcome to join us for breakfast (8:00 a.m. - €10) and join us for a restaurant visit in Estremoz in the evening (approx. 8:00 p.m.). Dinner is not included in the price. You are responsible for your own accommodation; we are happy to assist you with this, as there are still rooms available at the hostel.
Weekend participation (October 23rd to 25th, 2025)
If you'd like to arrive on Friday and stay with us until Sunday, you can participate in dinner and the evening program on Friday. The event ends Sunday after breakfast.
Costs for weekend participation (October 23 evening until October 25, 2026 morning): €470.00, including dinner on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Here, too, you are responsible for your own accommodation.
Cacao ceremony
You just want to participate in the cacao ceremony?
On Saturday (October 24, 2026) at 3 p.m. there will be a cacao ceremony lasting approximately two hours.
Participation fee: 60 €.
